If you would like a printout of your receipt, click on 'My Orders' from Account page to view your past orders. Click on the specific order for which you would like a receipt and print the page.

If you would like to check your account balance click on 'My Account'. From there, you can click 'Budget Account Balance' link to view your remaining account balance.

Your order will be processed and shipped once all items are available. Split shipments are not available. To determine when an item will be available, please contact us on trailheadstoreapac@companystore.in. For India, orders will be shipped within 7-10 days given that all items are available via the shipping method you have selected. For orders shipping outside India, please allow additional time for export document preparation and transit.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a final receipt via email that will contain a tracking number if one has been provided by the carrier. You will also be able to see tracking number (if provided) in your My Orders.

International shipments are available provided the item is approved to be sent and will clear local customs. Upon receipt of international orders we will assess the rules of export and contact you if there are issues with fulfilling your order.

International Returns:
Any returns require a return authorization number. E-mail our International Customer Service department at trailheadstoreapac@companystore.in for a return number.

Returns/exchange/replace are accepted only if there are any manufacturing defects, damage or if we have shipped a wrong product to you. In such a case, please attach an image of the product with the defect visible and our service team will revert to you with a solution.

Please note: The issue has to be highlighted within 10 days after the delivery of the order.

After you place an order and it has been processed for delivery, you'll receive a confirmation email. The confirmation will contain the expected delivery date, your shipping address, your order number and any other relevant information.
